Tamara has been in the healthcare field for over 30 years as a Naturopathic Physician, a mental health professional, and teacher. While her move to Maui was a retirement from her formal practice of family medicine, she has transitioned to a supportive role as a Health and Wellness Coach here at South Maui Fitness. With her clients, Tamara incorporates both her professional and personal experience in modifying stress, making important lifestyle changes, developing solid nutritional foundations, and improving physical strength and conditioning. As a lifelong athlete, Tamara is committed to helping you to improve and maintain your physical health while aging. She will work with you individually to help guide you on living your best life, achieving your goals, and loving yourself completely through daily achievable steps.
